Charm Long Hai Resort & Spa, an under-construction project, is a hospitality project of 12 floors, with a gross floor area of 79,000 m², featuring 932 guest rooms and 24 villas. The project is developed by Charm Group, and the operator is Absolute Hospitality Service. The general approach for the project is to create a unique and consistent design that provides a specific experience for guests while reflecting the spirit of Charm Group and the location of the project. The design inspiration is derived from the combination of elegance and sophistication, as seen in jewellery and luxury fields, and the natural surroundings of the sea and beach.The design intention could be summarized as the elegance of the sea and the softness of the wave. The project has been recognized with the VMark 2022 Best Hospitality Project Gold Prize
